Who you are buying from

Alrom Studio is the trade name of Ilya Laskin, an Osek Patur, ID number 311365514, of Ha'Oreg 20, Netanya. Phone 055-288-9855, hello@alromstudio.co.il. An Osek Patur does not charge VAT. For every order we send you, in writing, these details, the details of your sign and the cancellation terms; for a paid order, also a receipt.

What you are ordering

Every sign is cut to order from a single sheet of metal, from the design you created, in our workshop in Israel.

Approving your design

We cut the design you ordered. Sometimes a small correction is needed so it can be cut, such as a part that is too thin. Such a correction changes how the design is cut without changing its content, and we make it ourselves. A bigger change is emailed to you for approval before production. If you want to approve every change, tell us when you order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in shekels and valid for as long as they are shown on the site. Delivery, if you choose it, is added at checkout and shown before you pay. If there is anything to pay, you pay at checkout through our payment provider; your card number goes directly to them, and we do not keep the card details their payment confirmation sends us.

Delivery and pickup

Production takes up to 4 working days from your order, or, if we sent you a change to approve, from when you approve it. Delivery with Mahir Li takes up to 2 more working days, and reaches only the towns listed on this page. You can also collect it for free from our workshop, Ha'Oreg 20, Netanya.

Street suggestions at checkout are provided by Google Maps. By using them you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Cancelling an order

Signs are made specially for you, so once production has started you cannot cancel them just because you changed your mind. Until production starts you can cancel for a full refund. To cancel: by phone (055-288-9855), email (hello@alromstudio.co.il), the contact form, registered post, or in person at Ha'Oreg 20, Netanya. Please give your name and ID number (and the order number, if you have it).

If something arrives wrong

If your sign arrives defective or different from the design you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. For a defect that could not be seen on delivery, tell us when you find it. Beyond this, the sign comes with no warranty certificate. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you.

Your photos, and age

We do not take ownership of your photos and text. You allow us to use them to make your sign. We will not use your photos or signs for advertising. How we keep them is in the privacy policy.

Upload only photos you are allowed to use. A photo of other people — only with their consent (for a child, a parent's consent).

You must be 18 or over to use the service and to order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and Israeli courts have jurisdiction.
